Terms of Service

1. The service

AiTxtLab helps you translate, rewrite, restyle, summarize, and work with text, files, and screenshots through AI providers you choose. The service includes account sync, provider settings, billing management, and related product features.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

You must sign in with Google to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity that occurs under your AiTxtLab account. Do not share account access with anyone who is not authorized to use it.

3. Bring-your-own-key providers

AiTxtLab does not include AI provider usage in the subscription price. You are responsible for your own API keys, provider accounts, provider costs, rate limits, and compliance with each provider's terms. When you use a provider, your submitted content may be sent to that provider to produce the requested result.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the text, files, screenshots, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant AiTxtLab the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content so the service can function. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit and process your content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AiTxtLab to:

• break laws or violate the rights of others;
• generate, distribute, or assist with harmful malware, spam, or abuse;
• upload content you are not allowed to use or process;
• harass, defame, impersonate, or exploit other people;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service;
• evade billing, access controls, or provider usage limits.

6. AI output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. AiTxtLab does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

7. Subscription, trial, and billing

AiTxtLab Pro is currently offered as a 7-day trial followed by $7/month, unless shown differently at checkout. AI provider API costs are separate and are paid by you directly to the providers you use. Payments, payment methods, tax handling, invoices, and billing portal access are handled through Stripe.

You may cancel through the billing portal. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the billing portal or checkout flow states otherwise.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case unless a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the account email and payment details.

9. Service availability

We try to keep AiTxtLab reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, AI provider, model, or local setup. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued as the product evolves.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users in the app or by updating this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
